Born in Edinburgh, I started playing the drums at six years old. 

I gained a first class Honours in popular music performance and am an award-winning composer, writing pieces for short films, large ensembles and soloists.

I spent three years playing for Holland America Line Cruises, sight-reading everything from Big Band Jazz to Hungarian Accordion music.

I also spent four years performing with The Trueloves, a

multi-award-winning and the highest rated Wedding Band in Scotland.

I have a passion for music of every style, from French bubblegum pop to Mongolian Folk Metal.

To me there are no bad music genres, and I pride myself on learning a little bit of every one.
